Shelby Howell - Testimony and Bio
Shelby joined the Metanoia team in 2024 as the Administrative Assistant in the home office. She became connected to Metanoia through her husband, Steven Howell, who had worked for Metanoia for a number of years. When Lowell came on as the Executive Director she joined the team as his assistant. She has learned so much this past year and is so grateful for this amazing team. This year she and the team have begun making strides to further increase awareness and involvement. In 2025, she is hoping to continue working toward that goal by equipping and engaging more churches and individuals in order to reach more men and women in prisons all over the United States.
When she is not working, she loves spending time with friends or family members that live here in Chattanooga. She also really enjoys doing anything outside like hiking, riding horses, or walking her dog, Lemonade. Shelby feels very blessed to be a part of this team and is greatly looking forward to this coming year!
